N/S-BOS includes housing, replacable cartridge, 31/2" CP nipple, CP coupling, flange, bath filler spout, short shower arm, housing wrench, and teflon tape. Does not include shower heads shown.

KDF-GAC TECHNOLOGY

The N/S-BOS cartridge utilizes a linear flow pattern to maximize contact with treatment media. Multi-stage processing treats water sequentially.

20 micron poly-felt prefilter excludes coarse sediment and retains media.
KDF-55 reacts electro-chemically with chlorine. Oxidation/Reduction process converts chlorine to zinc chloride, a beneficial skin nutrient. Eradicates algae and fungi and controls bacteria growth. Reduces hydrogen sulfide and hardness and removes heavy metals including lead, mercury, aluminum, cadmium and arsenic.
Granular Activated Carbon from the highest quality material (coconut shell) adsorbs volatile organic chemicals including chloroform and other THMs as well as other chemicals including EDB, TCE, PCBs and benzene. Since chlorine is treated by the KDF stage and since other chemicals exist in much lower concentrations, the saturation point of the GAC is greatly extended resulting in an efficient, long-life cartridge.
